Abstract

The main attention in the article is paid to the method of calculating the limiting values of the life of the main electrical equipment based on a comprehensive assessment of the actual condition of the equipment, that is, its condition index. The basic principles of the developed technique are given and a structural diagram of calculating the maximum service life of electrical equipment is shown. A general model is proposed for calculating the resource limits of electrical equipment based on a linear approximation of the state index change function. The applicability of this method is illustrated by an example of calculation for a transformer unit.
